Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer shuts out the Yankees, former top prospect rookie card still affordable

Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer was valued much higher when he first entered the big leagues with his arsenal of pitches.

Now a refractor version numbered to 500 (BGS Graded 9.5/10) is available for just $40.

With a dominating performance in Game 1 of the American League Division Series shutting the Yankees out, Bauer gave glimpses of what he was expected to do as a rookie.

The Indians, who gained tremendous momentum with the historic 22-win streak, could give a nice boost to some key players like Bauer if they go far into the playoffs.

Only time will tell. In the meantime, there are other refractor versions with lower print run that could prove to be more valuable in the future.

An orange refractor (BGS Graded 9.5/10) is available for $499.99 and a much rarer red refractor (BGS Graded 9.5/10) is going for $1,999.99 here.
