Chicago Cubs Kris Bryant hits milestone home run, rookie cards maintain steady value

The hype of owning Kris Bryant’s rookie card has certainly cooled since he joined the majors three seasons ago.

Screen Shot 2017-09-01 at 10.18.51 AMBut his consistent productivity hasn’t seen his rookie card decline much post-hype (like some players today, ie. Aaron Judge).

More recently, Bryant’s 25th home run last night made him only the 12th player in the Majors to hit 25 or more home runs in each of his first three seasons.

To mark the occasion, here’s one eBay listing that is selling both his 2013 Bowman Chrome base autograph (his true prospect card in our opinion) and his 2014 Bowman Chrome base autograph as a package – and they’re both in PRISTINE condition (BGS Graded 10/10).

It’s currently listed for $2,749.99.
