Would you rather have a Mike Trout PSA 10 or Mike Trout BGS 9.5 autograph rookie card?

Here’s a quick question for all the collectors and hobbyists out there.

Which would you rather have when it comes to collecting modern day sports cards like, for instance, the 2009 Bowman Chrome Draft autograph rookie card of Mike Trout: the one that’s PSA Graded 10 or one that’s BGS Graded 9.5/10.

Both are labelled as gem mint.

Here’s a PSA 10 of the base autograph Trout rookie card (click on link) that’s currently on auction on eBay for $3,650 (as of 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 27 with the auction ending Aug. 30 at 11:55 p.m.)

And here’s one that’s BGS 9.5/10 with a Buy It Now price on eBay for just less than $4,500.

Seems like there’s higher value for modern day sports cards that are graded by Beckett Grading Services as opposed to higher values attributed to vintage cards graded by Professional Sports Authenticator.

Agree? Disagree?
