Carlos Beltran ties the great Joe DiMaggio on the all-time RBI list

The 39-year-old Carlos Beltran who this season plays for the Houston Astros tied a baseball legend’s record for most career RBIs last night.

Beltran now sits in 49th place tied with New York Yankees Joe DiMaggio accumulating 1,537 RBIs…and still counting.

Don’t look now but his 1995 Topps Traded rookie card (PSA Graded GEM MT 10) currently costs $130.

Expect that to climb as he continues to pad his career stats along with the other three active all-time RBI leaders who are also in the running for the Hall of Fame once they’re eligible.

They include Albert Pujols (1,817), Adrian Beltre (1,571) and Miguel Cabrera (1,553).
